Better Combat / Better Mob Combat support

Give a PlayerMob a sword or axe and it fights with Better Combat's animated wind-up and combo swings, like any other humanoid mob — works out of the box with Better Combat + Better Mob Combat (now listed as optional dependencies). Modpack heads-up: pair Better Mob Combat 1.3.0 with Better Combat 1.8.6, as the newer Better Combat 1.9.0 crashes.
