Instant Borderless

Adds translations for German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

F11 now toggles borderless mode instead of the vanilla exclusive fullscreen. It works on the title screen and in menus too, because the game handles that key itself. Exclusive fullscreen is still available from Video Settings, and the new config option overrideFullscreenKey can be set to false to give F11 back its vanilla behaviour.

The separate F10 key mapping has been removed: F11 covers the same job and, unlike a key mapping, also reaches menus and the title screen.

New config option monitor: pick which monitor borderless mode fills. Defaults to -1, which keeps the previous behaviour of using the monitor the window is currently on.
