What's new

InoFruits 3.3.0

The Iro Iro no Mi becomes the Some Some no Mi, the ferret gets three more coats, and fruits renamed in 3.0.0 come back in old worlds. The fruits are also put in the Devil Fruit boxes by data files now, so a modpack or a server can choose which box gives which fruit.

Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47+, Mine Mine no Mi 0.11.5 and AkumaLib 3.0.0 or newer.

⚠️ Update AkumaLib to 3.0.0 first. With an older AkumaLib the game refuses to start and says which version it needs. And with AkumaLib 3.0.0, InoFruits 3.2.0 or older puts its fruits in no box: update both together.

Devil Fruit boxes

  • Every fruit is in the same box as before, as common as a Mine Mine no Mi fruit of its tier, and the chance for a box to give a fruit of the tier above still reaches them.
  • Modpacks and servers can change it with a data pack: move a fruit to another box, make it rarer or more common, or take it out (see AkumaLib's Devil Fruit boxes page).

New looks

  • Three more coats for the ferret: albino, polecat and full black, in both forms. The ferret now comes in six coats, and each player still always gets the same one. ⚠️ With more coats to choose from, about half the players' ferrets change colour once.

Renamed

  • The Iro Iro no Mi is now the Some Some no Mi ("dye"): the old name belongs to a fruit of One Piece itself. Nothing to do: a fruit you have eaten, its abilities, and the fruits in your chests and inventories carry over under the new name.

Fixes

  • Fruits renamed in 3.0.0 carry over. A world last played before 3.0.0 now keeps, under their new names, the fruits in its chests and inventories and the fruit each player had eaten; they used to vanish. (A world already opened with 3.0.0 or later lost them then, and they cannot come back.)
  • The ferret's body no longer floats above its legs in its animal form, at rest and when it walks.
  • The unicorn needs a form for its horn techniques. Horn Thrust, Prism Lance, Unicorn Charge, Starfall, Guiding Light, Moonlight Burst, Purify and Sanctuary no longer work in human form.
  • The mosquito walks. Its six legs now move when it walks on the ground instead of sliding.
  • Hybrid forms move with your techniques. When a technique moves your arms (Saigoppe, a punch...), the fur, claws or armour the form puts on them now follow instead of staying behind.
