Infinity Fixes

Each fix turns on only when the mods it involves are installed. No files from other mods are changed.

Fixes

• Chrono API + Oculus / Emberlens: fixes startup crashes, the flickering HUD and first-person hand, and a crash when rendering players with Entity Model Features.
• Opposing Force + Brutality: fixes the startup crash caused by both mods changing arrow crit particles.
• A New Corps: armor stored by Lantern suits is no longer lost on death or logout.
• Ad Astra: powers that open the planet screen can travel without operator permission. Rocket rules stay the same.
• Better Combat + Palladium: Palladium left-click abilities work again, and FSang's Mjolnir, Stormbreaker, Hofund and Hellfire Chain use Better Combat attacks.
• Iron's Spells + JEI: Arcane Anvil recipes in JEI use far less memory.
• Soulslike Weaponry + Wither Reincarnated: the Wither drops its Soulslike Weaponry items again.
