Infinite Card Proprietary License
Version 1.0

This license applies to the Infinite Card project and its releases, including but not limited to source code, compiled jar files, textures, models, sounds, music, icons, documents, and other bundled assets. If a third-party component is explicitly governed by its own license, that component remains subject to its original license.

本许可证适用于 Infinite Card 项目及其发布内容，包括但不限于源代码、编译后的 jar 文件、贴图、模型、音效、音乐、图标、文档及其他随项目一并提供的资源；若某些第三方组件另有单独许可证，则该部分仍受其原有许可证约束。

If there is any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English and Chinese texts of this license, the English text shall prevail.

如本许可证的英文文本与中文文本之间存在歧义或不一致，以英文文本为准。

1. Ownership / 权利归属

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with the copyright holder. This license grants limited permission to use the Software and does not transfer ownership of any part of the Software.

2. Permitted Use / 允许的使用方式

You may, without separate written permission:

- Download, install, and run official releases of the Software for personal use.
- Use the Software in single-player, LAN, and multiplayer server environments.
- Host servers that include the Software, including public servers and donation-supported servers, provided the Software itself is not sold as a standalone product.
- Record, stream, review, and otherwise publicly showcase gameplay involving the Software.
- Create private local modifications for personal testing or compatibility purposes, provided those modifications are not distributed.

在无需另行取得书面许可的前提下，你可以：

- 为个人用途下载、安装并运行本软件的官方发布版本。
- 在单人、局域网和多人服务器环境中使用本软件。
- 在公开服务器、私人服务器或带有捐助机制的服务器中部署本软件，但不得将本软件本身作为独立商品出售。
- 录制、直播、评测、截图或以其他公开方式展示包含本软件内容的游戏过程。
- 为个人测试、兼容性验证或本地自用目的制作私有修改版，但该类修改版不得向他人分发。

3. Modpack and Server Pack Permission / 整合包与服务器包收录许可

You may include official unmodified releases of the Software in free or paid modpacks, launcher packs, or curated server packs, provided all of the following are true:

- The distributed file is the original unmodified official jar.
- Clear credit is given to Infinite Card or the official project name used by the copyright holder.
- The pack page or distribution page includes a link to the official project page or official download source when reasonably possible.
- No person or organization claims ownership of the Software or presents the pack edition as an official fork, sequel, remake, or endorsed derivative.

你可以将本软件的官方未修改版本收录到免费或付费的整合包、启动器包或服务器整合包中，但必须同时满足以下条件：

- 分发文件必须是未经修改的官方 jar 文件。
- 需要明确标注 Infinite Card 或版权所有人使用的官方项目名称。
- 在条件允许时，整合包页面或分发页面应附带官方项目页或官方下载来源链接。
- 不得宣称你拥有本软件，也不得将整合包版本表述为官方分支、官方续作、官方重制版或经官方认可的衍生版本。

4. Restrictions / 限制事项

Unless you have prior written permission from the copyright holder, you may not:

- Redistribute modified versions of the Software.
- Redistribute source code, decompiled code, ports, forks, remakes, compatibility rebuilds, or derivative public releases based on the Software.
- Upload the Software to third-party download sites, mirrors, or repositories as a standalone project release, except where distribution occurs automatically through an authorized platform, launcher cache, or modpack system using the original unmodified file.
- Extract, reuse, remix, or redistribute the Software's textures, models, sounds, music, icons, text, or other bundled assets in another project.
- Use the Software's name, logo, project identity, or branding in a way that suggests official partnership, endorsement, authorship, or continuity.
- Sell the Software as a standalone product or gate access to the Software itself behind a separate purchase.

- 重新分发本软件的修改版。
- 重新分发本软件的源代码、反编译代码、移植版、分叉版、重制版、兼容性重打包版本或其他公开衍生发布版本。
- 将本软件作为独立项目版本上传到第三方下载站、镜像站或仓库；但通过授权平台、启动器缓存或整合包系统自动分发原始未修改文件的情形除外。
- 提取、复用、改编或再分发本软件中的贴图、模型、音效、音乐、图标、文本或其他资源到其他项目中。
- 以暗示官方合作、官方背书、官方作者身份或官方延续关系的方式使用本软件的名称、标识、项目形象或品牌元素。
- 将本软件作为独立商品出售，或将访问本软件本体作为单独收费项目进行售卖。

5. Third-Party Components / 第三方组件

This license covers only the rights held by the copyright holder in the Software. Minecraft, Fabric, libraries, tools, and any other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, terms, and policies.

6. No Warranty / 无担保声明

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, stability, compatibility, or data safety. You use the Software at your own risk.

本软件按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、稳定性、兼容性或数据安全方面的担保。你应自行承担使用本软件的全部风险。

7. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the copyright holder will not be liable for any claim, damage, loss, or other liability arising from or related to use of the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, save corruption, server issues, incompatibility, downtime, or indirect damages.

8. Termination / 终止

Any rights granted under this license terminate automatically if you violate any term of this license. Upon termination, you must stop distributing the Software and any unauthorized derivative materials.

如果你违反本许可证的任何条款，本许可证授予你的全部权利将自动终止。权利终止后，你必须停止继续分发本软件及任何未经授权的衍生材料。

9. Reservation of Rights / 保留权利

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by the copyright holder.

10. Exceptions and Additional Permission / 例外授权与额外许可

Exceptions, commercial partnerships, public modified releases, mirrors, ports, asset reuse, and any other use outside the scope of this license require prior written permission from the copyright holder. Please use the official project page, source repository, or other published project contact channel to request permission.
