Infinite_Card-beta-03011401.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
This update focuses on the player-facing card experience: card visuals, card inspection, post-run collection, sealed keepsake cards, save recovery, and clearer combat feedback.
Added
- Added the first version of the new card visual system.
- Cards now have a stronger physical-card direction, including front art, back art, borders, thickness, side textures, and 3D inspection support.
- Added a new Adventure card back with a treasure-map theme.
- Added card inspection from multiple places:
- Middle-click while holding a card.
- Left/right click cards in the card pool chest GUI.
- Reward selection cards reuse the same inspection logic.
- Added post-clear card collection storage.
- After clearing a run, players can choose one generated collection candidate to keep.
- Elite and boss battles can add rare extra collection candidates.
- Added wax seal support for cleared-run collection cards.
- Seals can record run details such as difficulty, seed, final theme, final pressure, turn count, completed nodes, and deck size.
- Added ongoing Run/Battle saving.
- If a player leaves or the server stops during an active run or battle, the mod can restore the run and rebuild the battle arena on reconnect.
Changed
- Reworked card front layout for better readability while held.
- Replaced the old standalone cost hexagon with an expandable material/sacrifice cost strip.
- Material costs now use emerald icons, while sacrifice costs use red cracked-heart icons.
- Core stat icons now better match Minecraft-style visuals, such as sword, heart, emerald, and armor-inspired symbols.
- Improved card thickness, side borders, texture direction, and inspection lighting.
- Reworked the card inspection UI into a narrower, cleaner translucent layout.
- Removed the bottom instruction text from the inspection UI.
- Improved drag-based card rotation for a freer 3D inspection feel.
- Refined sigil icon readability and visual consistency.
- Combat status visuals now refresh sooner after attack animations, making poison, mire, cursed, burning, wither, and similar effects easier to understand.
Fixed
- Fixed card image stretching and distortion in inspection.
- Fixed cropped icons and awkward stat-area proportions.
- Fixed card mirroring and excessive thickness issues.
- Fixed cases where the collection storage opened the normal card pool instead.
- Added safer recovery behavior when incomplete battle data is detected, returning the player to the map instead of leaving the run stuck.
Notes
This update is mainly a UI, collection, and persistence update. It does not represent a full content expansion, but it should make cards easier to read, inspect, collect, and recover across sessions.
