Changes

Added logging for signs, books, and lecterns, including before/after content on edits.
Added logging for entity spawns (via spawn egg) and animal taming.
Added logging for item drops and pickups.
Added logging for player deaths (not just entity kills).
Added cancel for a fetch if it's taking too long.
Added undo for the last rollback.
Added filters to lookup/player search (item, block, entity, player, time range).

Fixed ledger getting stuck in a loop while trying to fetch logs when using the /ledger player command.
Fixed ledger showing a different name than the actual IGN when using mods that can imitate other players etc.
Fixed certain mods with backpacks not being logged correctly.
