IMPORTANT NOTE #1:  Please do not hassle Pifou for bug fixes to Improving Minecraft for 1.7.10. (please ask me!)

IMPORTANT NOTE #2:  No new features will be implemented in 1.7.10 without the agreement of Pifou (so don't ask me!)

 

What's new:

Implemented all your favourite Improving Minecraft features from Pifou but now for Minecraft 1.7.10.

 

Recent updates to 1.10.2 from Pifou, also included in this version:

  • Fixed incompatibility with Forever Enough Items
  • Fixed "hardened_clay_stairs_and_slabs" being listed in the "Enchanting, Repairing, Brewing" config category
  • Fixed the health draining enchantment working with indirect attacks (e.g. shooting an arrow and quickly switching to the enchanted
  • item)
  • The feature adding spawn eggs for all the mobs is now compatible with Not Enough Items
  • The Water Walking enchantment is now disabled by default since a new vanilla enchantment has the same effect (if you have used the
  • mod before, the enchantment is currently enabled in your config file, so you will have to go disable it manually)
  • Slight changes in the hard versions of horse armor recipes
  • Fire damage and explosions can ignite creepers
  • Poisoned arrows can be generated in jungle temple dispensers
  • Pigs can sometimes drop leather
  • Added a config option to disable hell hound breeding
  • Iron Golems drop 1 or 2 iron blocks

A number of features have been removed from the latest version of Improving Minecraft.  These have been removed because they were implemented by Mojang.  Those features have NOT been removed from the 1.7.10 version of Improving Minecraft.
