What's new

v1.12.3 for MC1.7.10:
* ALL burning arrows now set fire to terrain (including those shot by mobs)
* Dangerous fire can now be put out with any non-wooden shovel
* Mob Spawners can be configured to ignore light level (disabled by default)
* Crouching/Sneaking can be configured to NOT stop the player falling off block edges (disabled by default)
