Currently fixes: #6248: Workbench creating stacks in excess of the stack limit

I'm not very familiar with IE 1.12.2 and I've noticed that there are very few bug reports for me to go off of on the IE discord. Please submit issue reports for 1.12.2 IE to my issue tracker on the linked repository so that I can find other issues to fix.
