GPS for Xaeros

Adds an energy powered GPS device that gates access to Xaero's Map and Minimap. Uses both rechargeable and unrechargeable batteries.
This mod allows modpack developers to gate usage of Xaero's Map and Minimap behind a Curios item that requires power. This mod is not currently survival friendly. If you are looking for a survival friendly version, please let me know in the comments section and I will make one.
