# ImmediatelyFast Backport

This project backports the ImmediatelyFast optimization mod to older versions of Minecraft.

## Why?

Many players still enjoy older Minecraft versions, but optimization mod development for those versions has mostly stopped. This project aims to bring most of the performance improvements from ImmediatelyFast to older versions so those players can still benefit from modern optimization work.

## Notes

This is a backport project and may not include every feature from the original mod. The goal is to recreate as much useful functionality as possible while keeping it stable on 1.16.5.
