Ice Sounds Backport

Ice gets the new breaking, footstep and placing sounds from Minecraft 26.4 instead of sounding like glass.
Breaking, placing and walking on Ice play the dedicated sounds Mojang gave Ice in Minecraft 26.4, instead of the glass sounds Ice has always borrowed.

- Only plain Ice changes. Packed Ice, Blue Ice and Frosted Ice keep the glass sounds, as they do in 26.4.
- Hitting and landing on Ice use the new sounds too.
- Works on any server. It is client-side only. Other players and mobs on Ice also sound like ice to you, even when the server doesn't have the mod.
Mojang's audio is not bundled. On first launch the mod downloads the 23 sound files (about 190 KB) from resources.download.minecraft.net, the server the Minecraft launcher itself uses, checks each one against Mojang's published hash, and keeps them in .cache/ice_sounds_backport in your game folder. After that it works offline. If the download fails, Ice keeps the glass sounds until the next try.
