Ice and Fire Dragon bite fix

Prevents dragons (from the Ice and Fire RLCraft Edition Port) from using the buggy "bite" attack, preventing crashes and unexpected gameplay.

Dragons in the Ice and Fire RLCraft Edition port tend to despawn or crash the game while using their "bite" attack, so this mod simply prevents them from doing so at all.

Requires Mixinbooter 10.7.
