Hotfix fixing a gamecrashing bug that was introduced in 2.0.7
What exactly happened:
IC2C wasn't registering the ore placers at all. 2.0.7 patched that.
The issue was that during that fix I missed that all nether ores were also registered as "ore_silver".
So we had 3 unique instances of "silver_ore" and minecraft for understandable reasons crapped it's pants when you went into the nether...
So yeah. That is fixed.
