Makes dirt edible and feedable to parrots, with a configurable small chance for Bomb to say he eats dirt.

Description
Need emergency food? Bring a shovel.
-One dirt block restores 1 hunger point (half of a drumstick on the bar) and gives almost no saturation. This means it would take 20 dirt blocks to fully fill an empty hunger bar.
-You can still place dirt blocks fully functionally. To eat one, hold right click while looking away from a surface
-Works with all 8 dirt-related blocks.
-5% chance for Bomb to say he eats dirt and laugh, but this is configurable with any number between 1 and 100%. Applies as soon as you close the menu, no restart needed
-Feedable to parrots to tame or heal them. Since parrots imitate the mobs around you, they're able to imitate Bomb's line aswell. Follows the configured number.
