Description
Buy a house, preview it as a hologram and build it in one click.
Somewhere in your world, very rarely, a small real estate office appears. Behind the counter waits Mr. Mustache, a realtor with a legendary moustache and a strict policy: no refunds.
The realtor
Find the office while exploring (plains, forests, savanna, taiga, desert, snowy plains, cherry groves...) and right click the realtor to open his catalogue.

32 houses, from a tiny oak hut to a castle and a mansion
Filter by Simple, Family and Luxury
Isometric 3D preview of every house, rotate it to see all four sides
Plot size, height and block count of each house
Paid with diamonds, gold ingots and emeralds by default
Hologram placement
Buying gives you a House Deed. Hold it and you will see a see-through hologram of the house where you aim:
R rotates the house
Shift + mouse wheel (or arrow keys) raises or lowers it
The hologram turns red if the plot is blocked (chests, unbreakable blocks, protected land)
Right click to build it instantly
For server owners
Editable prices: operators and creative players can change the price of any house right in the catalogue, or with commands
Nicktale Wallet support (optional): if Nicktale Wallet is installed, houses can be priced in wallet coins (normal or VIP). Without it, items are used
Custom houses: drop your own .schem (WorldEdit) or .nbt (structure block) files into config/inmobiliaria/custom_houses/ and run /realestate reload. They show up in the catalogue with preview and hologram for every player, no client-side files needed
Blocks from older schematic versions are upgraded automatically
Office summoner item for creative mode, to place the office and the realtor anywhere
Commands (operators)
/realestate list - lists every house and its price
/realestate price <house> <diamonds> <gold> <emeralds> - sets an item price
/realestate coins <house> <amount> [normal|vip] - sets a wallet coin price (needs Nicktale Wallet)
/realestate deed <house> - gives you a deed
/realestate office - builds the office in front of you
/realestate reload - reloads prices and custom houses
/inmobiliaria works as an alias.
Languages
English by default. Spanish is applied automatically when your game is in Spanish (es_es, es_mx, es_ar, es_cl, es_ec, es_uy, es_ve).
