## How this project differs from the original
- It is an optional add-on, not a copy or a port: it contains no code, models, textures or sounds from Ice and Fire.
- It does not add creatures, items or blocks. It only adds server settings that Ice and Fire does not have:
a per-chunk schedule for dragon roosts and caves, and an on/off switch and timer for dragon site respawn.
- It needs Ice and Fire (Nicktale port) installed and only changes how often its existing dragon sites appear and come back.
# Ice and Fire Config Nicktale
Extra server settings for **Ice and Fire (Nicktale port)**. Installed with its default settings it changes nothing:
Ice and Fire keeps working exactly as before, and the server admin decides what to turn on.
**Dragon spawn schedule** (off by default)
- Decide how often dragon roosts and caves appear in the world, for example one roost every 500 chunks
- Add a chance to each attempt: 100% always places it, 25% places it one time in four
- Separate settings for roosts and caves
- Only new chunks are affected, so existing worlds keep what they already have
**Dragon site respawn**
- Turn on or off whether roosts and caves come back (structure and dragon) after their dragon dies or is tamed
- Choose how many real-time hours they take to come back (12 by default)
- The new time also applies to sites that are already waiting
All options live in one file: `config/iceandfire_config_nicktale-common.toml` (Minecraft 26.2) or
`config/iceandfire_config_nicktale-local.toml` (Minecraft 26.3). Every option is commented in English and Spanish.
**Example**
```toml
[spawn_schedule]
enabled = true
roost_every_chunks = 500
roost_probability_percent = 25.0
cave_every_chunks = 800
cave_probability_percent = 100.0
[respawn]
enabled = true
hours = 6.0
```
**Requirements**
- Ice and Fire (Nicktale port) 0.1.5 or newer
- Nicktale API 0.1.2 or newer
**Versions**: Minecraft 26.2 and 26.3 (NeoForge). It changes server-side behaviour: install it on the server
(in single player, in your game).
**Note**: Ice and Fire keeps a minimum distance between dangerous structures (300 blocks by default), so even very
low values cannot place dragons closer than that.

# Ice and Fire Config Nicktale (español)
`config/iceandfire_config_nicktale-local.toml` (Minecraft 26.3).
- **Requisitos:** Ice and Fire (Nicktale port) 0.1.5 o superior, y Nicktale API 0.1.2 o superior.
- **Versiones:** Minecraft 26.2 y 26.3 (NeoForge).
