This mod adds horizontal border in your world.
By configuring side of borders and heights for each player is set for each dimensions, so that players cannot enter altitudes below (or above) it.
HorizonLimit Requires Fabric API
Commands
/hl count <time>
Sets grace time when entering prohibited area.
/hl set <player> <dimension> <limit> <isSkySide>
Sets limit height and side.
