Adds compatibility between Hooked and Sable for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge.
With this addon, Hooked grappling hooks can attach to blocks and moving physics structures assembled by Sable. It is a lightweight compatibility layer and does not add new hooks or change Sable's physics simulation.
