This mod changes some vanilla mechanics.

The enchanting table has been reworked. Bookshelves alone are no longer enough to fully power the enchanting table — additional blocks are now required around it to unlock higher enchanting levels.

The enchanting system has also been expanded. You can now enchant items that already have enchantments, and at the highest enchanting level it becomes possible to obtain all enchantments.

Using the enchanting slot may now apply an additional tax and can also trigger a curse.

A boss has been added that respawns after some time once it has been defeated.

Enemies become stronger as the player progresses. Their rewards also improve, making stronger opponents more valuable to defeat.

A new combat mechanic called Accurate Hit has been added. It works as an analogue of a critical hit.

The mod also changes combat balance, damage, resistance and armor-related mechanics.
