Health Amulet

Health Amulets are small ornaments carried by the player for its magical benefit
Health Amulets can absorb damage when player's HP is low.
For example, if you wear a diamond amulet which can absorb 160 damage in all. Your HP is 10, and you fall down on a ledge, damaged 8. Then the amulet will absorb these damage. Finally, you are unwounded and your diamond amulet can absorb 152 damage.
