Hbm's Nuclear Tech Mod

This release contains all versions from github since version X4130. For a more comprehensive changelog, check out the github releases page.

A short summary of the most noteworthy changes:

• Fixes for various issues like crashes when using shift-click in some machines
• Radiolysis machine, it's an RTG that can also do oil cracking
• Solidifier, as the name implies it's a universal machine that turns fluids into solid items
• Expanded petrochemistry, refineries can now process cracked oil into cracked products like cracked fuels and special hydrocarbons
• Toolbox, can be filled in the crafting grid
• Blocks of dynamite and (actual) TNT
• Updated textures for fluids in GUIs
