Harvest Rules
Right-click a fully grown crop: you get the harvest, the crop is replanted, done. Harvest Rules does it with zero dependencies, entirely on the server, and lets pack makers decide every detail with tags, a data map and a config.
Features
- Right-click harvest and replant for wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, nether wart and cocoa, plus most modded crops (anything built on vanilla's crop block).
- Fair by design: drops come from the crop's own loot table with your held tool, so Fortune on a hoe works. One seed from the harvest pays for the replant; no seed, no free replant.
- Feels vanilla: break particles, the crop's sound, an arm swing, sculk sensors notice. Cocoa pods keep their facing.
- Stays out of the way: only mature crops, only the main hand, sneaking with an item keeps vanilla behaviour, sweet berries are untouched.
- Configurable: require a hoe, hoe durability cost, food exhaustion, experience per harvest.
- Data-driven:
#harvest_rules:harvestable,#harvest_rules:excludedand theharvest_rules:replantdata map for unusual crops (custom seed, reset state, growth property). - Respects protection: adventure mode, spawn protection and claim mods that guard block breaking.
- Zero dependencies, server side: no library mods, no mixins, no ticking. Vanilla clients can join and harvest.
