Adds an item to display information about Harvest Festival crops!

Harvest Reader adds a new item called the "Crop Reader", when you right click a Harvest Festival crop with it, it will give you information about the crop.

The recipe for the Crop Reader is a glass pane and an iron ingot in the flint and steel position in a crafting table
