Been a while since there was an update

Additions:

- Choso, Eso, Kechizu, Shinjuku Yuji and Kenjaku have a 75%-45% chance to drop Death painting womb items via survival. Changeable via gamerule

- Cooldown indicator next to hotbar when blood spit is on cooldown. small thing was trying out

- Fixed an exploit where if you used blood manip rct and clicked it without holding it would give healing effect for a second without cancelling out

- NEW GAMERULE: death painting wombs drop. [set to true by default] makes the selected entities drop the death paintings on death
