What's new

Fixed two bugs:

 - NullPointerException when trying to insert into a non-container sluice from a hopper

  + Also found that the whole "use a single hopper" code was missing (aka "downstream requests") and had to implement that

 - Sifter doesn't collect dusts that fall on top of it
