Harder Farther

Version 24 - Extreme Value Update.   

Someone needed mobs to scale to tens of thousands of hit points since they had weapons doing hundreds of damage and proccing 600k attacks.

So here we go!

Extreme hit point and damage boosts will make "Harder over Time" much tougher so watch out for that mixture unless you intend to do it. 

The mods default settings are for vanilla/vanilla+ minecraft with damage ranges in the 9 to 25 (smite V) point range.
