certain mobs randomly spawn with armor and weapons and potion effects, you need to drink water which you can do by drinking a water bottle or potion or by right clicking on water. 

When you craft a tool with this mod it gets a modifier on it. Trash modifier which makes any weapon do less damage and lose durability faster, Common which does a bit less damage and loses a bit less durability,

Rare which makes weapons do slightly more damage, Epic which is like rare but a bit better, legendary which is like epic but around 1.5x better, mythic which is like legendary but makes items lose less durabilit
