HAEMA: Play as a vampire

Haema lets you be a vampire, have a whole new playstyle, and unlock new abilities.
As you play, you'll unlock new abilities, such as:
- Better night vision
- A dash ability
- Sleeping in the day
- Invisibility
- Higher max health
- More strength
- And more!
Create the Book of Blood to learn more about being a vampire: craft it with a book and an awkward potion:
Loads of things are configurable, with Game Rules and Data Packs.
Becoming a Vampire
Find vampire blood in a dungeon, temple, or from a cleric villager. Then craft a vampire blood injector, and use it on yourself while you have Strength II to become a vampire.
If you have Origins installed, you can also choose vampire as an origin.
If you have Bewitchment installed, you can become a vampire the Bewitchment way.
Surviving as a Vampire
Vampires don't have hunger - they need blood.
Feed by shift-right-clicking on mobs - you can only feed from some, and some will give you better blood than others.
Beware feeding from awake villagers, they may call for Vampire Hunters!
Vampires cannot die unless the killing blow is struck by certain things... but those things are much more dangerous to vampires! Beware of:
- The Sun
- Wooden Swords
- Smite
- And other things...

FAQ:
How can I configure Haema?
Haema's gameplay can be configured through gamerules and datapack tags. There is a seperate client config available through modmenu.
How do I turn back into a human?
If you became a vampire through Origins, you can only become human again through Origins (e.g. with the Orb of Origin or the /origin command), and the process is only complete after you die.
If you became a vampire through Bewitchment, you can only become human again through Bewitchment.
If you became a vampire with the injector, you can deconvert with an empty injector and a weakness potion.

A: Make sure you use a smite sword or wooden if you're really pushed for resources
B: Lava is deadly to everyone
C: If you fight them at night, they can dash away. Strike at day.
D: Good armor is essential

for some reason when i become a vampire the entire screen goes white (and sometimes black) and i'm not sure why

First of all, I liked your mod very much, especially since it has the "dash" feature and its ritual altar block makes a very deep sound when a vampire stands on it while it's active (beacon sound), I also liked the fire particles that come out of torches and campfires, and the most amazing thing is that it is for fabric!
I have suggestions:-
-Sucking blood while holding an empty bottle fills the bottle with blood.
-Add human-look vampire mobs who have contagious bites.
-Add an effect after being bitten that works after a whole Minecraft day at max. ( Like how zombies infect villagers. )
-In the ritual altar block: add higher levels of better seeing in darkness, summoning large vampire bats that fight for you, and also summoning vampire mobs.
-Add levels "displayed in numbers" for every vampire, whether a mob or player... while the higher level is, the more speed and more strength.
-Add Prince\Princess level or king\queen level.
-Add the Crown item, that gives the ability to summon strong vampires and command them ( wearable by the vampires with the highest level only ( only kings and queens ), Otherwise it won't do anything and is also poisonous for players who are not vampires.
I hope that these suggestions are not so exhausting and I hope you like even one of them.

I like some of these ideas! For human-look vampire mobs and summoning vampire reinforcements, take a look in the Discord server - there are previews of some things like that in there :)
Kept crashing my game off of initialization, I disabled all my 100 mods and re-enabled all of them to find that when paired with OptiFine HD U H7 and OptiFabric-v1.13.0 is what causes the crash. I really want to use my Shaderpack so any tips, patches, or workarounds would be helpful. thanks :DNow using Iris.
Will you ever update the Phantom Blood mod to be compatible again? I really enjoy the vanilla feel of this mod, and id love for some JoJo addons.

I noticed that you added a mist form ability- nice move there. Do you plan on exploring Vampiric Shapeshifting, and the more actively supernatural/esoteric abilities of Vampires in general, further (turning into/control of bats/wolves, hypnosis)?
