GUI Followers

• The follower list position is now one 'followerListPosition' setting (Left, Center or Right) instead of three toggles. Your existing choice is kept.
• Merged the colour configs into one 'RGB' setting, with a colour picker in the in-game config. Your existing colour is kept.
• The 'entityTypesToIgnore' entities can now be picked from a list in the in-game config. Ids without a mod id and '*' anywhere in an id now work there too.
