Bring ancient hearts to life and turn them into powerful area defenders.
Guardian Mobs adds friendly defensive guardians that protect their territory from hostile mobs — with more guardian types on the way.
At the moment, this includes both the Creaking Guardian and the Skeleton Guardian, with more planned for future updates.

🌲 Creaking Guardian
A spooky night patrol guardian created from a Creaking Heart.
It protects its area from hostile mobs at night and vanishes at dawn.
Features
- Patrols its assigned area
- Fights hostile mobs
- Never attacks players
- Regenerates near its heart
- Uses melee and ranged attacks when needed
- Can be upgraded into an Enchanted Guardian
🏹 Skeleton Guardian
A specialized defensive guardian built for ranged combat and anti-Phantom protection.
Features
- Prioritizes Phantoms and other hostile mobs
- Can operate in Patrol Mode or Stationed Mode
- Linked to a Skeleton Heart for area defense
- Uses advanced ranged attacks
- Can be upgraded into an Enchanted Skeleton Guardian
- Displays status info like health, mode, and kill counts
🧪 How to Get a Guardian
Creaking Guardian
- Find a Creaking Heart with its bound Creaking
- Throw a Splash Potion of Strength near the Creaking
- The heart converts into a Guardian Creaking Heart and your guardian appears
Skeleton Guardian
Created through its own guardian system and bound to a Skeleton Heart for defending a set area.

📏 Use a Stick to adjust the defense radius (sneak to decrease)
⭐ Use a Nether Star to upgrade a guardian into its Enchanted form
Heart-linked guardians stay tied to their assigned defense zone and gain key benefits while operating near their heart.

🩹 Gains support from staying near its heart
🌙 Some guardians are night-based, while others can remain active in different modes
🏹 Uses ranged attacks when appropriate, melee when enemies get close
⭐ Enchanted Upgrade
Upgrading a guardian unlocks a stronger enchanted form with:
- 💪 Increased health, damage, and armor
- ✨ Enhanced visual effects
- 💥 Special attacks and stronger combat abilities
- 🛡️ Improved defensive performance
Creaking Guardian Note:
⚠️ If the enchanted guardian dies, the heart resets back to normal
