Grudge Graves: Gravestones That Remember Your Killer

First release.

When you die, everything you carry goes into a grave where you fell, and the mob that killed you stays to guard it as your Grudge. Beat it yourself and everything comes back to your hands.

• Every stack back in its own slot: armor goes back on, the sword back to its hotbar key.
• All your XP kept (vanilla drops at most 100 points), configurable.
• Never lost: no block is placed, so lava, creepers and explosions cannot touch it; die in the void and the grave waits on the last ground you stood on; die in lava and it floats above.
• A Grave Compass when you respawn, a beam of light above the grave, coordinates in chat, and /graves to list them.
• The Grudge guards, it does not hunt (leash of 12 blocks), and it gets tired: after killing you twice more it gives up. Bosses, pets and named mobs never become one.
• Operators: /graves all, /graves restore <player>, /graves reload.

Server-side: players without the mod can join. English, Portuguese and Spanish.
