GroundZero's Crime Mod

this mod adds crime to modded/hybrid servers

๐Ÿšจ GroundZero Crime Mod

A crime, police and underground economy system built for Minecraft 1.20.1 Hybrid roleplay servers.

GroundZero Crime Mod was originally developed for the GroundZero Zombie Survival server to create more choices, risks and roleplay opportunities for players.

Players can enter the underground world of GroundZero, while other players can choose the opposite path and work in law enforcement.

โš ๏ธ Disclaimer

GroundZero does not support, promote or encourage real-world drug use or criminal activity.

All criminal and illegal systems included in this mod are fictional gameplay mechanics created exclusively for roleplay and entertainment purposes.

The mod is not intended to teach or realistically simulate real-world criminal or drug-related activities.

๐Ÿ”ฅ What Does It Add?

The Crime Mod introduces a complete risk-versus-reward gameplay layer, including:

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Illegal Economy

  • ๐Ÿด Black Market

  • ๐Ÿšจ Police & Law Enforcement gameplay

  • ๐Ÿ” Lockpicking

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Hacking activities

  • ๐Ÿ”“ Safes & secured locations

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Robberies & Heists

  • ๐Ÿงช Fictional contraband / substance system

  • ๐Ÿงฐ Underground equipment & tools

  • ๐Ÿงผ Money Laundering

  • ๐Ÿ“ก Crime & Police Dispatch

  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Evidence systems

  • โ›“๏ธ Arrests

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Crime & Police progression

  • ๐ŸŽฎ Multiple custom minigames

๐ŸŽฎ Crime Minigames

Criminal activities aren't simply "click and receive money."

Different activities can use interactive minigames such as:

Lockpick • Hacking • Memory • Timing • Sequence • Q&A • Evidence checks

Difficulty, rewards and risks can vary depending on the activity.

Failing an activity can have consequences and potentially attract police attention.

๐Ÿด Black Market & Illegal Economy

GroundZero Crime introduces a separate underground economy.

Players can earn Illegal Cash through criminal activities and interact with underground markets for restricted or illegal in-game items.

Illegal money can then interact with the laundering system before becoming part of the normal server economy.

This creates an economy where higher rewards can also mean higher risk.

๐Ÿšจ Police Gameplay

Crime creates opportunities for another side of roleplay as well.

Players working in law enforcement can:

  • Respond to reported crimes

  • Investigate incidents

  • Search for evidence

  • Check players

  • Use police equipment

  • Arrest suspects

  • Receive dispatch information

  • Progress through police gameplay

This creates interaction between criminals and law enforcement instead of crime being an isolated PvE system.

๐Ÿงช Fictional Contraband System

The mod also contains an entirely fictionalized contraband/substance gameplay system for RP purposes.

Players can progress through underground activities involving fictional processing, quality, equipment and risk mechanics.

These systems are deliberately presented as game mechanics rather than real-world instructions.

๐ŸŽญ Built for Roleplay

The goal of GroundZero Crime isn't to glorify criminal activity.

It's about creating stories.

A robbery can create work for police. A failed activity can create a chase. Illegal money creates risk. Evidence can connect players to crimes.

Crime → Risk → Police Response → Consequences → New Stories

Players decide which side of that story they want to be on.

๐ŸงŸ Built for GroundZero

GroundZero Crime was originally created for the GroundZero Zombie Survival experience, where players can choose different ways to survive and make money.

The system is designed around multiplayer interaction and Hybrid server environments.
