removed 'essence' from mod, fixed server issues remaining in runic crafting altar, and missing particle problems

restructured the guide for runic progression added in the wards runes (the components for creating a ward for specific effects) removed nether generation code / removed hellstone and changed stygian iron to spawn a more netherrack version of the ore (old version is still in the creative menu)
