Kill. Capture. Spawn. Virtualize.
Grim Soul Industries is a complete mob-farming tech line for NeoForge 1.21.1. It starts with a laser grinder you can build on day one and ends with a farm that has no mobs in it at all.
You fire purple lasers with the Reaper Block, catch any creature in a Reaper's Lantern and spawn it on demand with the Reaper Spawner. The Reaper Generator burns the drops for power. At the end, the Reaper Virtualization Chamber replaces the whole farm. It rolls a mob's real loot table, modded drops included, and never spawns a single entity.
One mod, one look, one progression path. No lag and no messy cobbled-together farms.

Reaper Block
The heart of the line. It fires visible purple lasers at every mob in its work area.
- Targets: Hostile, Friendly, Players or All, with an item filter and a void list.
- Storage: up to 54 slots, auto-eject on any side and a magnet you can switch on or off.
- Safe to place: it starts off and hostile-only, so it never zaps you.
Reaper's Lantern
Right-click a mob to trap its soul inside. Right-click a block to let it out.
Reaper Fan
Pushes mobs into your kill zone. The push area is adjustable.
Reaper XP Tank
Stores experience as Liquid Experience (20 mB = 1 XP) and pulls in nearby orbs. Works with pipes and AE2.

Reaper Spawner
Spawns any mob you've captured.
- It charges FE up to each spawn, so slow setups still work, they just wait.
- Up to 20 mobs per spawn.
- Cards can make it ignore light or skip every spawn rule.
Reaper Generator
Turns mob drops into FE, from rotten flesh all the way up to nether stars. It has per-side item and energy settings, pass-through lets a farm's whole output run through it, and a charge slot tops up your FE tools and gear.
Reaper Energy Cell
10,000,000 FE of storage with per-side In / Out / Off and its own charge slot. It keeps its charge when you break it, so a picked-up cell doubles as a portable battery.

Reaper Soul Card
Bind it to a mob and grow it through five ranks:
Hollow → Whispering → Restless → Wraithbound → Soulforged
Each rank makes the chamber faster and cheaper to run. Reaching Soulforged takes real effort.
Reaper Virtualization Chamber
Runs the mob's real death drops, including drops other mods add, with no entity in the world. Add the Player Kill card for player-only loot like wither skeleton skulls and blaze rods.
Reaper Output Crate
54 slots with void overflow, so your chambers never stall.

Every card has its own hand-made art and a per-machine limit.
Speed · Range · Damage · Looting · Player Kill · Storage · Void · Fire Aspect · Smite · Bane of Arthropods · Count · No Player Needed · Ignore Light · Ignore Spawn Conditions · Efficiency
Empty card slots show a grayed-out preview of the card they take.

- Layered 3D machines with animations: floating soul crystals, spinning fan blades, soul rings, energy arcs and hologram scans. They look great with shaders.
- Three GUI styles: Reaper (light gray and purple), Vanilla and Dark. Switch with one click from any machine screen.
- Charge slots: the Generator and Energy Cell charge any FE item from other mods.
- Works with your tech: any Forge Energy mod, Mekanism, Pipez, AE2, Refined Storage and plain hoppers.
- Fully configurable:
config/grimsoul-common.toml. Generator fuels are data-driven, so pack makers can add their own with a datapack.

- Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.0+
- Needed on both client and server.
