Great Green Expansion

Additions:
- Grow lights: Single Grow Light = 15% growth speed increase with 3 different colored lights for cosmetic purposes (always buffs crop that's below the light by 15% no matter how high the light is, and it covers a 3x3 area, boosts don't stack meaning 2 lights on the same crop wont give 30% growth boost or more)
- Added Joint & Grinder use sfx
- Color variations for the Great Green Bed
- Added a strength slider setting for the visual color saturation & blur from the faded effect to go along with its toggle under Options -> Video Settings -> Preferences, and also added sodium compatibility as its custom GUI removed the setting previously
- Dried leaf
- Blunts

Changes/Balances:
- Enabled hand press recipe discoverability and reworked recipe (I thought it was already discoverable sorry)
- Finished using item second hand fade duration from 1:30 on all items -> 25s to 1:30 depending on item used & whats consumed
- Updated wax & infiniwax texture/item
- Smoke is now puffed out rather than just spawning at the mouth
- THCT now pushes around other lit THCT blocks when exploding, like normal TNT, but without pushing the player, and also reduced range
- Increased nausea duration from geekper from 10s -> 20s
- Laceper now applies nausea 3 for 30s
- Cancelled use fade duration (second hand) from 15s -> 5s

Fixes/Optimization:
- Fixed minor texture errors/inconsistencies with the geekper/laceper, the jar (with stashed items), joint/infused joint, nugs/moon rocks, and other items during use
- File size optimization, reduced size by ~3.3 MB  (~75% of the mod size comes from the music, which I optimized a bit lol, but make sure to take a listen :] )
- Huge jar (the in game block) optimization (each bud in the jar was wayy too many cubes per piece, much better now, let me know if the cosmetic change due to the optimization is bad, I will improve it)
