REUPLOADED: I accidentally uploaded 1.21.11 in place of 26.2, very sorry, thanks to who ever submitted the issue! I've also fixed the villagers in this version now

Additons:
- Added hookah (How-to-use manual at the btm!)
- Added grow light block variant
- Grow lights now emit particles, comes with a server config and two client configs (meaning in your video settings)
- Added grow pot to provide an additional 10% grow boost to your special green plant (More info at btm of log as well)
- Try naming an axolotl a, "geekalotl"

Changes/Balances:
- If you didn't like being laced before, you'll love it now! Laced effect now makes you hallucinate occasionally and interacts with VC
- Reduced duration of laced potions and arrows
- Using items like the joint in creative no longer take durability

Fixes/Optimizations:
- Fixed bugs the with dyed bed variant drops/recipes as well as with villagers registering them
- Fixed uncommon generation bug with the great green bush
- Fixed small texture bug with geekper head item
- Optimized jar block again by about 27%

How to use Hookah:
- Fill with water like how you fill a bottle, then place it and add nugs and coal by right clicking on it (5 nugs max, 1 coal max, sneak right click to return items)
- Once coal is lit with flint and steel or a fire charge, and bud is in the chamber, you can take the hose by right clicking on one from any side and using like any other item and either drop it, walk away, or sneak right click to return the hose back. 
- Coal lasts 8 minutes and cannot be returned, if sneak right clicked then it will extinguish the coals and same thing if you mine it with lit coals.
- Effects are in between the bong and dab rig, so i may or may not rebalance this item
- Enjoy with friends!

Growpot:
- Only great green seeds can be put in it unless a server config is changed
- Boosts growth of plant placed inside by 10%
- Stacks with grow light boost
