Grappling Hook Mod

- new enchantments for boots
    - wallrunning
    - sliding
    - double jump
- more options in the grappling hook modifier:
    - "rocket" upgrade (propels user forward, fuel auto-regenerates)
    - added "sticky rope" option
- added some sound effects
- allow changing keybinds
- more config options
- allow crafting certain pre-set grappling hooks
- keybinds for controlling each hook in the double hooks separately
- more bugfixes (a big thanks to Shivaxi for lots of testing!)
