This is mainly just for an upcoming modpack I am working on and is intended as an end-game goal.
You can use it if you want but it's not too special. It gives creative flight and ice-walker, along with some downsides! (Also has the sound of a totem when equipping)
The crafting recipe for this is why it's mainly an end-game goal. Use EMI or JEI to see it's recipe but essentially it's 2 gold, 2 redstone, 2 nether stars, and an ender dragon egg.

The effects of the crown are made with MCreator but I've tested the procedures quite extensively and it shouldn't have any weird bugs with other mods.
Feel free to use it in your own modpack.
