The Goat Horn Block mod is a small mod that allows the goat horn to become placeable; when placed, it is able to transmit sound from one end to another when connected via Redstone in a straight line. A video demonstration has been linked below.
This mod also allows voice chat from the Simple Voice Chat mod to also be transmitted through sound if it is installed.
