Glazed Terracotta Mod

So you're in the Mesa biome, and you have 3 double chests full of terracotta, and a shortage of flowers to make dye.  You want some decorative blocks.  What do you do?  This mod aims to solve that problem by adding 1 simple block: Glazed Terracotta.  It allows you to smelt all that un-dyed terracotta into a simple but elegant block!
