Added a new skill, its name is "infernal_shoryuken_no_shitpost"

In case you want to add the skill but without the funny attack,

added new tag entries to configure some features of the mod,

"/data/infernal_config_tag/isntfireitem.json" here you can add items that you don't want to run fire particles when attacking or performing actions and use Infernal Gainer animations.

"/data/infernal_config_tag/issoul.json" here you can add items that you want to change the flame particles to soul flame.
