Gardens of the dead is a mod that adds new spooky biomes to the Nether, created for Spooky Jam 2022. Along with the new biomes, Gardens of the Dead also adds new plants and decorative blocks. Currently, 2 biomes are added, the Soulblight Forest and the Whistling Woods, pictured below. More biomes will (eventually) be added in the future, possibly with new mobs as well.
Can the mobs from your other mod Bones be added/ported to this mod to give these biomes more life (technically unlife, but they were really cool, and I miss them on newer versions of minecraft)
1.18

yes please @ochotonida
This looks absolutely amazing. I wonder if you'll choose to add some mobs that will fit the theme of each biome, or expand upon the building materials shown. Either way, this looks like a fantastic mod on par with the likes of Infernal Expansion.
Speaking of... I really wanted to try it out with the others, but my modpack is stuck in 1.18 due to the Abnormals Mods being slow in development.
ya taking suggestions?
Thank you for enhancing the nether, although this mod added 2 biomes but most importantly it keeps the vanilla feels. Really hopes there are few more biomes!
This is actually one of the prettiest nether enhancing mods I've seen. The soulblight biome especially is just ethereal.
what features do the new blocks add?
In reply to richie_biersack:
it is, but they c an be too small rarely
Is this compatible with Incendium?
I tried to find the new two biomes with the Nature's Compass mod and it find them, but when I've reached the point indicated by the coordinates the biomes was not there.
Really love this! cant wait to see where it goes next!
Fabric? :C
please dont drop support for this mod it has quite a lot of potential!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for participating this year, this was a super cool submissions. The eerie chorus of the whistle cane is everything I hoped it would be. Really looking forward to seeing where you take this mod in the future.
