brings back the old gamemode command syntax from pre-1.13 [Rift ModLoader]

Gamemode Fix brings back the old pre-1.13 /gamemode command number arguments.

/gamemode 0 - survival
/gamemode 1 - creative
/gamemode 2 - adventure
/gamemode 3 - spectator

Note:

Gamemode Fix is a mod for the Rift Modloader and needs Rift to work, not Forge!
