fusionmon-0.1.3-beta
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
0.2.0-beta: Mega Evolution
Fusions can now Mega Evolve, in and out of battle (needs Mega Showdown, optional).
New: Mega Evolution
- Head or body: the Mega Stone the fusion holds decides which part mega evolves. Charizardite Y on a Charizard head megas the head; Blazikenite on a Blaziken body megas the body. Rayquaza (head or body) mega evolves with Dragon Ascent, like normal.
- Out of battle: use the Mega button of Mega Showdown's interaction wheel. The fusion gets the mega form's model, types, stats, size and riding.
- In battle: fusions can Mega Evolve with the battle's Mega button. They get the mega's types, stats and ability (also shown in the party menu), and go back to normal when the battle ends.
- Kept when fusing: a mega evolved Pokémon stays mega when you fuse it, reverse the fusion or unfuse it. No double animation.
- Fusion Album: a mega fusion is a different fusion, with its own entry and silhouette.
- Ultra Burst: a fusion with a Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma (head or body) can Ultra Burst with Ultranecrozium Z, in and out of battle.
New: item forms
- Items that change a Pokémon's form work on fusions too: Arceus plates, Silvally memories, Genesect drives, Giratina's Griseous Core, Ogerpon masks and more. The form goes to the part the item fits, head or body.
- Held items when fusing: if only one of the two holds an item, the fusion keeps it, along with its form or mega. If both hold one, both go back to your inventory. Reversing keeps the fusion's item, and unfusing gives it to the part it gives a form to.
New: server options
unfuseConsumesInjectorandreverseConsumesInjectorinconfig/fusionmon.json(bothtrueby default): set them tofalseso unfusing or reversing doesn't use up a Fusion Injector (you still need one in your inventory).
Fixes
- Disconnected when joining a server: a fusion with a pending evolution could randomly kick you while logging in ("Cannot resolve species"). Fusions now keep their pending evolutions properly.
- Lost moves: fusions no longer lose their body's moves when another mod checks their moveset (for example when boxing them).
- Stuck megas: fusing a Pokémon in the middle of a Mega Showdown animation could leave it stuck in mega form, unable to go back into its Poké Ball. Fusing now waits for the animation to finish, and stuck Pokémon are fixed when you join.
- Arceus plates on the head now change the fusion's type.
- Fusing a Pokémon holding a form item (like Ultranecrozium Z) could disconnect you.
Still one file for Cobblemon 1.8.2, 1.8.1 and 1.7.3 (Cobbleverse). Thanks to the CobbleFusion F2P server and everyone who reported bugs!
