Makes gunpowder placeable and trigger TNT blocks

This mod allows you to place gunpowder in the world and light it by right clicking with a flint and steel.

The gunpowder doesn't have a distance and will go on forever.

The gunpowder *should* activate all modded TNT blocks around it, if you find a TNT block that doesn't work, let me know!
