Description
FurrowFill
Plant small crop patches with one deliberate action.
Sneak-right-click farmland with wheat seeds, beetroot seeds, a carrot or a potato in your main hand. FurrowFill plants up to nine empty farmland tiles in a 3×3 patch centered on the clicked block, at the same height.
- Starts at the center, then checks cardinal neighbors and corners.
- Survival consumes one held item for each successful planting. Short stacks stop when empty.
- Creative plants while preserving the held stack.
- Skips existing crops, solid blocks and non-farmland. It does not till soil or harvest plants.
- Uses only the held main-hand stack, without scanning other inventory slots.
- Reports the planted count and held remainder in chat. English and German translations are included.
- Ordinary clicks keep vanilla single planting.
Installation and compatibility
Minecraft Java 1.21.11, Fabric Loader >=0.19.0, Fabric API, Java 21. Place the release JAR in your Fabric mods folder. This release supports exactly the four crop ingredients listed above; other game versions and loaders are not supported.
Build and real singleplayer gameplay checked all four crops, Survival consumption, a short stack, skipped obstacles, Creative preservation, normal clicking, invalid ingredients and Adventure exclusion. Per-tile vanilla modification checks are included. Dedicated-server/client-without-mod, spawn protection and third-party claim compatibility remain untested; no universal protection integration is claimed.
No new items, blocks, recipes, menus, background scanning or telemetry. The gallery was captured in a purpose-built vanilla nursery courtyard. Its cottage, glasshouse, pond and landscaping are showcase staging, not structures added by this mod.
