Full Brightness Toggle

Fixed the brightness going back to the default value instead of your own setting after restarting the game.
(Fabric) Fixed the hotkey sometimes not working, or toggling twice when held down.
(Forge & Neo) Fixed the hotkey toggling full brightness while typing in e.g. signs and books.
