What's new

# FT's Geology 0.11.3 for NeoForge 1.21.1

It has everything in the Forge 0.11.3 version, and the same seed makes the same world on both.

Tested with Terralith, Create, Serene Seasons, Tough As Nails, Electrodynamics, Iris, Sodium and Distant Horizons. TerraFirmaCraft and Alex's Mobs have no 1.21.1 version, so their compatibility is Forge only.
